There will be a $7.00 shipping and handling (S/H) fee charged on all orders shipped by USPS Priority
Mail. Next
Day (rates start at $30.00) 2-Day (rates start at
$23.00 We also offer free shipping by mail with any orders
over $50.00 U.S. Mary's Hair Designs shall not be liable
and will not issue any refund or credit if an order delivery is delayed due to causes beyond the shipping carrier's control,
including, but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters or weather delays. Also if an order is requested as a special order not something we would carry and do not normaly stock, we
will not accept a return on such an item.
Credit Card Security For Order Processing
For added credit card security, an order cannot be processed
if the cardholders name and billing address does not match exactly to what is on file with the credit card issuing bank or
if we cannot verify this credit card information supplied.

Note: We reserve the right to required payment by Money Order or Certified Funds if the credit card information we receive
is not in accordance with the above conditions or if in our opinion any other order information we are supplied is questionable,
inconsistent, excessive, inaccurate or possibly fraudulent in nature.
Fax Orders
Please include shipping address, phone number or e-mail address,
product name, color, quantity and price. Also, please give us your credit card number, expiration date & the cardholders
exact name & billing address.
Ordering by Mail Please include

credit card, money order, certified funds or personal check. If you elect to pay by credit card, please supply your
credit card number, expiration date & the cardholders exact name & billing address. If you wish to pay by a
personal check, your checking account must be with a U.S. Bank and we do require 2 additional weeks processing time for your
check to clear our bank account. You need to add 6.85% State
Sales Tax to their order. After placing an order you will receive an email or phone call
usually within 1-2 business days re-confirming your order and its shipping status. Also, at that time we will inform
you if an item you ordered is on backorder or out of stock and will allow you the option to either cancel your order at no
cancellation charge or have it shipped when the product would be available Most orders are processed and shipped within
3-5 days business days. Your may add items, change or cancell your order anytime prior to processing the order (usually order
processing starts within 1-1/2 business days of order receipt). If we have begun processing your order, you will be
charged a cancellation fee (minimum $5.00) per item changed or cancelled. However, there will be no
charge to add another item to your order, unless your order has already shipped. We then would treat the added item
as a new order.

Returns Customers often
ask what our return policy is. We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If there is something wrong with your purchase, such
as a wrong color that was our fault, we want to hear about it. We will do what we can to make it right. The only
exception to this is when it is a special order on something we do not normaly carry as our product line or if you are
given a special price on a item this will not be returnable. Here is our policy concerning returns:.Exchanges may be made only if your product is eligible.
We reserve the right to refuse the exchange of any items that have been worn, damaged, or had the tags removed. If an item
we receive for exchange has been worn, the tags removed, or the item deemed unacceptable for exchange. We reserve the
right to return to you any unacceptable pieces. All packaging for product must be in tact and not damaged in any way. Defective items will be replaced by the manufacturer.
Exchanges must be requested within 5 business days
of receipt of product. Exchange policies are mandated by the manufacturer. We have no authority to change this policy
Inside your package, please list the following: Your
original order number. This is very important. The reason for your exchange and the replacement style name,number,and color of your replacement
piece. Your
ship to address and phone number. Note: Exchanges may only be made for another wig or hairpiece made by the same manufacturer as the piece being
exchanged. Only one (1) exchange is allowed per order. The manufacturer's restocking fee is $15 per piece for synthetic
items. No Exchanges On any Human hair Item. If a backorder
occurs on your order, it will be promptly sent to you as soon as it arrives! If you don't receive it in a reasonable length
of time, please let us know! Your order
will be processed within 1-3 days of you placing your order, depending on if the payment is a charge or check.
